The Basics
- 30 days from delivery to send it back
- Items must be unwashed with tags still attached
- We cover return shipping on all domestic (U.S.) returns and exchanges — no cost to you
- International returns are welcome too, but return shipping is on the customer for those
How It Works
- Reach out to us at [email/contact link] with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange
- Domestic orders: we'll send you a prepaid return label — just print, pack, and drop it off
- International orders: ship the item back to us using the carrier of your choice, and hang onto your tracking number just in case
- Once it lands back at HQ, we'll process your refund or send out your exchange, no questions asked (as long as it meets the conditions above)
A Few Things to Know
- Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take a few days to show up depending on your bank
- Sale items and [any exclusions, e.g. custom prints] are final sale — we'll flag this at checkout if it applies
- Exchanges ship out as soon as we receive your return, so you're never left hanging
